We designed our popular Tourism Market Readiness (TMR) program ten years ago to address market readiness gaps with small and medium, mostly rural tourism businesses in the Bay of Fundy region. Since then, the TMR program has evolved to meet the needs of a full spectrum of industry sectors in all four Atlantic Provinces. The full TMR program, includes the delivery of four components: professional mystery shopping, themed best practices missions, product focused mentoring and mentoring on marketing and partnership development. It is now acclaimed by industry and provincial tourism agencies and has been delivered to the following clients.

The TMR program is also recognized regionally and nationally as a best practices model for targeted business enhancement. The program concept was presented at national Canadian Tourism Commission meetings and featured several times in Alberta.
