Thomas Young has over 15 years experience in ecotourism planning, nature based tourism resource management and cultural tourism development. His skills include concept development, project management and business case evaluation. Mr. Young has been the lead consultant in planning and development of cultural tourism products, museums, ecotourism sites, and is one of Atlantic Canada's most experienced planners in wilderness trail development.

Terri McCulloch, Senior Project Manager for RMA Tourism is a dynamic hospitality professional with a comprehensive background in service, training, quality evaluation and event planning. She works with a variety of tourism sectors, including: accommodations, day & multi-day adventure, natural & historical attractions. Her academic background includes Community Economic Development, Museums, and Public Relations.

Julie MacMillan is a skilled facilitator, enabling groups to collaborate and achieve synergy and to meet projected goals. She has ten years of experience in task management, project coordination and implementation. Ms. MacMillan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Mount Saint Vincent University. Since that time, she has gained twenty years experience working in Human Resources, community development, and tourism related project management.


Barbara Gilbert manages the financial side of all RMA Tourism contracts. In addition to being a 'numbers gal', she is a great communicator and project organizer.
